with the line:
SUBSCRIBE Handbell-L "Your Name"
in the body of the email message (quotes are not necessary).
You will automatically be subscribed and will receive postings in
DIGEST form.
Do not put anything in the Subject line. Just leave it blank.
If you want to subscribe in non-digest mode, be sure and add the line:
set handbell-L mail ack
after the subscribe line.
OR
If you want to subscribe in non-digest mode, but don't want your
postings to Handbell-L to echo back to you, add the line:
set handbell-L mail noack
after the subscribe line.
