Becky Musgrove
Becky Musgrove's love of music goes back to the first grade, when she
began piano lessons. She played handbells all through her junior and senior
high school years at Trinity United Methodist Church in Denver, Colorado and
was involved in just about every vocal choir that was offered at her high
school! Becky joined the High Plains Ringers in 1988. Even though
she did not have any formal (college) music education, she took it upon herself
to start and direct a children's handbell choir at her present church so that
her daughters could experience playing handbells too. During her tenure with
the group Becky has written three musical arrangements for the ensemble:
"Do You Hear What I Hear?" , "Unchained Melody" , and most
recently in 2005, "Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love" .
Becky has also occasionally directed selections for the group.
Becky has been with the group since the Fall of 1988.
She is also Mom to Sarah.
